When will my order ship?

I do my best to ship orders within a week for ready to ship items! If there are any delays, I do my best to keep you all informed!

In addition to that, it is important to note that once the plush leaves my hands to the postal service, its journey is beyond my control. In an event where your mail might be delayed or other, I will always do my best to assist in any way that I can, but please acknowledge that I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages!

Returns or Refunds?

All sales are final.

I unfortunately do not allow returns or refunds. Each plush I make is handcrafted with care, often made to order or in small batches. Because of the personal and handmade nature of my work, I'm unable to resell returned items, and I can’t absorb the costs the way larger companies can.

But, I can accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, prior to shipping with ready to ship items, or prior to buying materials for custom orders. If you absolutely must cancel a custom order, the cost of materials or time (if I have already started) can not be refunded, which will be discussed on a case by case basis. After that, materials are often already in use and work has begun, so I can’t offer cancellations or refunds.

What if a plush arrives damaged, or needs repair in the future?

I always want you to be happy with your order! If your plush arrives damaged or there's a mistake on my end, please reach out with photos—I’ll do my best to make it right!

As far as repairs, I want my plush to be loved for years to come, and I know that sometimes, life happens—whether it’s a loose seam, a little tear, or some unexpected wear and tear.

That’s why I offer free repair services for any plush I’ve made, for as long as you have it. 💖

If your plush needs a little TLC, just send me a message with a description and clear photos of the issue. I’ll guide you through the next steps, including how to ship it back to me safely. You’ll just be responsible for the shipping costs—repairs are completely free.

Let’s keep your plush happy, huggable, and in your arms where they belong!

Reselling and Trading

I do not have this problem yet thankfully, but just for future reference-

I totally understand that sometimes tastes change or people want to pass along a plush to someone new—that’s okay with me! I don’t mind if my creations are resold or traded within the community.

That said, it’s really important to me that they remain close to their original retail price.

As an independent artist, I work hard to keep my plush accessible and fairly priced. When they're resold at inflated prices, it can exclude some collectors who couldn’t get one the first time around. I kindly ask that you avoid flipping or profiting excessively from resales.

Let’s keep the plush world kind, fair, and fun for everyone!

How long do pre-orders take?

Turnaround times can vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. I usually provide estimated timeframes in each listing—please check before ordering!

How do I clean my plush?

Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is best! If you need to wash it more thoroughly, gentle hand washing in cold water and air drying is recommended. Avoid the washing machine or dryer, as it can damage delicate parts!

What materials do you use?

These handcrafted plush are made with care and attention to detail, so all materials are soft, durable, and chosen with care for both feel and longevity.

They are stuffed with polyfill and weighted with glass beads, and are designed for comfort and relaxation. Please note that as a self-taught artisan, there may be slight imperfections in the craftsmanship, which makes each and every Vessel unique.

I also make it a point to list what specific fabrics or materials I use in each listing! So be sure to read!

Can I request a cutom plush?

I occasionally open custom slots! Follow my social media for updates on when those become available. I typically will have a custom form open on my Instagram! I may not be able to take on all requests, but I love hearing your ideas!
